Terms of service

Service provider

These terms apply to customer accounts and B2B access supplied by ALCE Norge, Strandgaten 50, 5004 Bergen, Norway.

Accounts and approval

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. B2B access is subject to review and may be limited by product type. Approval is not a guarantee of continued access. We may suspend access to protect customers, the store or comply with law.

Prices and orders

The prices displayed to an approved B2B account are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Consumer prices are displayed as the final VAT-inclusive product price. Taxes, shipping and the final amount are confirmed in Shopify checkout. An order is accepted only when Shopify confirms it.

Permitted use

You may not bypass purchase restrictions, scrape protected pricing, interfere with the service, share an account without authorization or use false business information. Product information may be public even when pricing or purchasing is restricted.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, third-party outages or errors can occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Norwegian law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Norwegian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
